Using a the vehicles and making bookings
The Co Wheels service is an easy-to-join, easy-to-book and easy-to-use car rental community.
All you have to do is find a vehicle near you, check availability and book for the time you need it. Vehicles can easily be amended or cancelled online up to two hours before a booking without incurring any charge.

Considerate Use
As a member of the Co Wheels community, it's important that members look after our vehicles and keep them in good condition for all of our members. Below are the key points to remember when hiring a Co Wheels vehicle.
Return at the agreed time or check if you can extend booking
Park in the allocated bay or zone - contact us immediately if you are unable to do so
Make sure you leave the car clean and tidy for the next user
Report damages immediately
Electric cars must be plugged in at the end of bookings to ensure vehicles have enough charge for the next user. Once charging session is complete, before driving away, cables must be stored in the boot of the vehicle
Animals are not permitted in any of the vehicles
Don't forget to leave at least a 1/4 of a tank of fuel in the car for the next user. The fuel card is stored in the visor.
