Membership rules
As a member of the Co Wheels community, it's important members look after our vehicles and keep them in a good condition for all of our users. Failure to follow the rules can result in additional charges or in some circumstances, membership suspension. Key points to remember when hiring your vehicle are:
Park in the allocated bay or zone - contact us immediately if you are unable to do so
Make sure you leave the car clean and tidy for the next user
Report damages immediately
Electric cars must be plugged in at the end of bookings to ensure vehicles have enough charge for the next user. Once charging session is complete, before driving away, cables must be stored in the boot of the vehicle
