Our Customer Service Team are essential to the business and with our team consistently receiving 96% of ratings being good or excellent in independent annual surveys we are looking for someone who shares the passion of the current team in delivering an excellent customer experience.
On a daily basis you may be handling emails, calls, web-chats or processing admin work such as member applications or penalty charge notices and speeding tickets. Similarly, whilst we hope it doesn't happen you may be assisting members when they need our support urgently, such as in cases of accidents or breakdowns.
You may also be asked to support our Fleet Admin team in arranging services or repairs.
Working Hours & Pay
Working hours are based on a 4 week rota, during that rota you will work a variety of shifts.
Week 1: Mon - Thurs 10am - 8pm
Week 2: Mon - Thurs 8am - 6pm
Week 3: Thurs 8am - 6pm, Fri 10am - 8pm, Sat and Sun 8am - 6pm
Week 4: 'On call week’ - not required in the office, you will answer emergency calls (between 8pm - 8am) such as breakdowns and accidents when the office is closed.
Salary starts at £18,923 per annum, naturally you will also receive a company pension.
Who we are looking for
Ideally you will have at least one years experience in a similar environment, delivering excellent customer service.
You need to be good with multi-tasking and organising your time effectively and the ability to work unsupervised.
Of course, as you are joining a team, we really would love you to be a strong team player.
As well as a passion for delivering good customer service, one of the real strengths in our CS team is their commitment to owning issues, so, the ability to see a problem through to it's resolution is also what we are looking for
We aren't the type of business who sets a process and then just expects someone to follow it so again if you are the type of person who isn't shy in offering feedback and alternatives to what we do, then that's good too.
