Improving the Co-wheels Experience

At Co-wheels we are always looking at ways that we can improve our operating systems to make using our fleet even more convenient and easy.

The first stage has been the new website, which we hope makes it easier to see all of the services that we are offering, including the fleet management systems and the electric bikes offering. We are also now able to take automatic payments by credit and debit card at the end of each booking, making all new members’ invoicing much easier.

Don’t forget that all Co-wheels members can log into a personal account area, where you can control your own contact details, PIN numbers, view your completed trip details and invoices as well as providing immediate feedback to the membership team. Just log in to the booking system as usual, and choose your service for the tool bar at the top.

We will also be looking at how we can make the in-car screen and contact point easier to use. We are always looking at ways of improving the service, to make it more flexible to support our growing business.

Please let us know if there are areas that you would like us to develop and improve. This could be making it easier to extend a booking, knowing how much charge there is in an electric car, or using one smart card to jump off a bus and into a Co-wheels car.
