Our cars need to be returned to their original bays at the end of the booking. If you are returning an electric vehicle, please ensure that the car is plugged in/charging at the charge point once parked. Failure to do so may result in the receipt of a penalty charge notice.
Yes, you can cancel or change a booking at any time, by either logging into your account, or calling us during office hours. We are happy to offer a full refund if you cancel up to two hours before your booking is due to start. But if you cancel less than two hours before your booking starts, or after it has started, you will be charged 100% of the booking cost.
You can book a car for a minimum of 30 minutes. There is no maximum booking time, although you will need to contact us for any booking lasting longer than 7 days.
Our booking system allows you to book a car from 15 minutes in advance, up to 12 months. The latter would only be required for the most organized of travellers!
Your password is set up when you initially sign up online – if you cannot remember it, you can request a password reset email to be sent to you, via the log-in page.
All new members must wait until they have received their smart card and welcome pack in the post before they can access a vehicle for their first hire. We can only give out PIN’s for contactless cards in emergency circumstances, for example if your smart card has been lost mid booking.
